Can i cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

If you wish to change anything in your order please send an email to resetbeautyroom@gmail.com with your order details and information about the request. Doing this as quickly as possible will give us a greater chance of fixing the order before it’s sent.

If, however, the order has already been shipped then we can’t help unfortunately.

Can I send my order through as a gift?

Most definitely! Skincare Products and accessories are great gifts and I’m sure they will love it. Just make sure to put through their details in the checkout process and write down that it is a gift in the notes.

Are any of the products on this site tested on animals?

None of the brands I stock are tested on animals.

Are all your products pregnancy safe?

All Skin Juice Products are pregnancy safe except for Facial in a Jar - Plumping Pumpkin and Facial in a Jar - Purifying Pineapple. Both of these products contain a botanical alternative to Retinol and while there is no data to say that it would be harmful during pregnancy, we do recommend steering on the side of caution and avoid using it during pregnancy.

Most Dr. Spiller products are pregnancy safe as well except for the Vitamin A range and Vitamin C-Plus Serum as they both contain retinol. If you are concerned about a product, please reach out through the “contact me” section or consult a healthcare professional
